1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VantaPool's Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services.

3. Accounts & Security

• Accounts are managed via Clerk.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

• We offer a 14-day free trial with full access. After 14 days, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Pricing is subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice before changes take effect.
• Refunds: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, VantaPool may, at its discretion, issue partial or full refunds in exceptional cases.

5. Acceptable Use & Rate Limiting

You agree not to:

• Circumvent rate limits, security, or access controls.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data at a scale that degrades performance.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

We encourage users to share insights or screenshots for discussion or marketing. However, excessive or unauthorized redistribution of raw data or reports may result in suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, analytics, and software are owned by VantaPool. You may use the Services for personal or internal business research. You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the Services as part of a competing product without written consent.

7. Disclaimer & No Financial Advice

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
• VantaPool provides data research only and does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
• You are solely responsible for investment or trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VantaPool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time, but fees are non-refundable except as stated above.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
